My Bio:
The desire to help, heal, and empower is a defining part of who I am. My path to becoming a trainer and coach has not been a straight one, but my belief that there are few things in life more valuable than our health has helped shape my journey. Experiencing both the highs of physical fitness and the challenges of chronic pain has given me a well-rounded view and appreciation for the importance of health and the ability to perform at our highest level. From this perspective, I see balanced nutrition and physical fitness as essential. As we work together, I look forward to sharing that understanding with you in every step of the way.
I’m a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, strength and conditioning coach, and corrective exercise specialist with over a year of professional experience. My diverse background in sports and fitness, combined with personal experience overcoming injuries, has shaped my approach to helping clients achieve balanced health, optimal performance, and resilience in the face of challenges.
My Story:
Like many kids, I grew up dreaming of becoming a professional athlete. I wanted to play in the NFL for as long as I can remember. That dream was cut short in high school however when I stopped growing freshman year. Despite this, the appreciation for strength and conditioning that I gained during those years has contributed to my lifelong interest in fitness.
In addition to football I played a variety of other sports including roller hockey, golf and martial arts, training in disciplines such as kung fu, boxing, MMA, and jiu-jitsu. These days I enjoy rock climbing and swimming. Each of these sports has deepened my understanding of physical fitness and the diverse ways it can enhance our lives.
My journey hasn’t been without challenges. I’ve faced a few serious injuries that tested my resilience but ultimately taught me the transformative power of exercise, proper technique, and good posture. These experiences have shaped my approach to fitness and coaching, emphasizing injury prevention and recovery as a fundamental part of overall health.
